Hello Errol,

 

The best way to resolve this is to query with other service provider and to request the proof of refund if the money was credit to your account. If the proof of the transfer is available please mail it to us here: [email protected] for further investigation to trace the credit made.

Hello, does anyone have an idea of how long a refund or reversal is supposed to take? a cr card online purchase (local) was cancelled same day before money was banked, merchant confirmed reversal, it's now 7 + business days and no sign of the refund, credit card statements show no money was paid out.
