Worried about credit card payments not reflecting

Could i kindly advise that you forward both your cheque and credit card details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "credit card payment not reflecting" in order for our service team to look into this issue further and track where the funds are currently sitting.

I have just made two payments into my credit card, however none of the payments are reflecting on my credit card. In the past I have seen them reflect instantly. I am worried that I have made payments into the wrong account. Should I be worried or does it take a little while to reflect?
