Please note that transfers from standard bank to other standard bank account will take up to 24hrs to reflect in your account. This will exclude public holidays specifically, if the money is still not reflecting by now you can mail us with your account details so that we can look further into this for you.

I recieved a payment on my account from a standard bank account, it shows the money is in my account but its not available, why is that?
