ATM withdrawals are immediately reflected in your account.

 

If there is a delay, kindly ask the person who made the deposit for your account to provide you the ATM slip.

There was an atm deposit paid into my account on the 01 July 2023 around 10am which has still not reflected in my account. Kindly advise what might be the cause of the delay.

Hi I deposited money on the 3rd of August into one of your ancient autobank atms with envelope deposit where the machine doesnt count the money, you say how much you put in. I was in a rush and only realised it wasnt the normal instantly available in your account deposit. I deposited the lose bank notes directly into the envelope slot with no envelope and kept both the customer copy and the bank copy. It's been over 2 days and the money reflects in latest balance but still hasn't cleared as available in my account. I've spoken with several customer service agents telephonically and even went to a branch and stood in a queue for an hour and they all said it takes 48 hours to clear. Now its 50hours and it's still not available. What should I do standard bank? Please advise, you need to update your atms built in the 70s with more modern technology. This shouldn't take so long.

I am having the same problem. I sent several emails as suggested but they all bounce back! Super frustrated

I deposited R950 on Friday 6th April, the money has not still reflected on my account. On Std website information was that "envelope deposit on weekends reflect the following Tuesday". Its Wednesday already today. Im extremely desperate for my money and horrified by such delay. Its been one disappointment after another since joining Std bank :(
