Covid19 is causing endless long queues at Standard Bank in Worcester. Is there no alternative way to get historical bank statements (Feb 2019 - March 2020) than to go into the branch?

Hi Wini,

For online banking follow the below steps:

Transaction history statements
  1. Click on Statements.
  2. Click on View statements on the sub-menu.
  3. Select the account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the History button.
  5. Enter the dates you require.
  6. Click on Continue.
  7. Your History statement will be displayed.

To see a list of your most recent transactions on the app, simply press on the account in question, from the home screen

  • Towards the bottom of the screen, you will see a snapshot of the latest transactions relating to this account
  • Scroll down
  • Press on ‘More transactions’ to see a longer list of recent transactions. You can see transactions for the past 180 days

Hi
Oh!! I thought the app is for internet baking.
1. Advise how I view transaction history on the app and
2. Also advise how I view statements on internet banking.

Thank you!

Hi,

You can either view your statement via internet banking or the ATM. The app will only show you your transactional history.

Hi deklerkwa,

You will need to visit your nearest branch to get a bank statement from 2016.
