I have been unable to use my card and then I went to a standard Bank branch to which they told me my card is blocked. The bank assistant sent a request to have my card unblocked and she told me it would take between 0 to 24 hours to have my card unblocked. 24 hours has passed and my card is still blocked. Who can I contact to have my card unblocked quickly?
