Hello @leannekoopman,

 

Please be advised that you can visit your nearest branch to check if you are still FICA compliant, that is, if the correct details are still reflected on your accounts. Please make sure that you take with you, your KYC documents, being your:

 

  • Green barcoded ID or the Smart ID
  • Proof of physical address not older than three months
