Std Bank really do like making things difficult. Online banking is no longer puting the user in control.
How do I change the amount on my exsting debit/ stop order to the muncipality?
The options are claerly not online.
Obviously I am not trusted to manage my own finances.
To make things worse... now I cant even send a secure message to my branch for them to assist with changing the amount...
I hope they dont expect me to give my acc details, ID number and personal information to someone in a call centre and expect my account to be safe... never mind identity theft. Afterall - its not like call centres dont have a high number of turnover in staff.
