EAP Not Working.

Good day, 

 I seem to be having some problems with your EAP system. 
 Yesterday I got this error message on my Internet Banking:
 "Your electronic account payment (EAP) limit needs to be set in order to make payments. Please visit your nearest Standard Bank Branch."
 So I went to my nearest branch and we set the EAP limit and I got the conformation SMS. 
So today when I tried to make an EAP and I got the exact same error again. 
Please help me because this can't continue I urgently need to make payments...
