Hi,

Customers are unable to change their EAP limits using cell phone banking or the app. This can only be done at your branch when your EAP limit is zero and telephonically (0860 123 000) when you wish to increase it. We are in the process of enabling this function using a cell phone and announcements will be made once this function becomes available.
