Please be advised that currently it is not possible to reverse funds paid into an account which is in arrears. Kindly note that in order to make an arrangement to make payment towards your arrears, you will need to visit your nearest branch with your proof of address, as well as, ID booklet. Alternatively you may contact our customer care on 0860 123 000.

Someone had transferred money to my account which is in arrears (that I have to make arragements in getting up to date), can the bank pay them their monies back?
