Hello @Bronwinbotha,

 

The best way to resolve this is to visit the branch as per the status on your Home Affairs profile. The documents applied for might have arrived at the branch.

I applied for an ID document. the photo's and fingerprints were taken on the 30th of May.

I have not received a notification from Standard Bank that the Smart ID is ready for collection, however

when I log into my home affairs account the STATUS reads - ID Document Ready for Collection at Branch.

 

Does this mean it is ready at Standard Bank?
