Incoming international transfer delay

Normally an international transfer takes between 2 to 3 business days to reflect. Could I kindly advise that you forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Incoming international transfer delay" so that we can be able to look into your profile and determine where the funds are currently hanging.

 Once identified, we can further assist with the retrieval thereof.

An incoming international transfer is still not reflecting after more than a week of the transfer.

Who do I contact to make an enquiry and what can I do from my side?
