On the 28 th of Feb 2018 an instant EFT was done From Nedbank to Standard Bank. This was suppose to clear within an hour. It did not, the next morning 1 March 2018 we contacted Nedbank with our Ref Nr. we where informed that the eft was rejected by standard bank, after contacting standard bank customer care, i was informed that this is impossible, what should i do now, we have done another instant payment at a cost, hoping that it might go throught this time
