Hi claudio, please refer to your previous post.

We have been with Standard bank as a business entity for a number of years yet we are never proactively approached by their business consultants, to find out how they can help us or even seeking more business for themselves.

To date we don't or can't get overdrafts, debit order facilities, etc etc with Standard Bank, or even just those little simple business functions that can make all our lives just that much easier. Whereas on the flip side of the coin we have, as a matter of fact, being offered this by FNB (almost on a weekly basis).

I just want to know why Standard Bank doesn't proactively engage with its smaller business clients?

We would love to be able to grow our business, growing it with Standard Bank would be great too, and we want to be able to contribute positively towards our economy. However we just can't seem to get through the "Standard Banks hand book of procedures" or maybe we simply do not know how to get through to the right person at Standard Bank.
