Not receiving OTP even though I did not change my number
I have been trying to do an urgent transaction all morning from the office and I am not receiving my OTP. I have checked my profile and it is the correct number. I tried to do this on the mobile app and on internet banking. No luck. Interestingly when I logged on to internet banking, I got a login notification via SMS on the same number! But to complete my transaction, nothing. What's going on?
