Online banking transaction

Good day

I've been struggling with an issue and after more than a week no consultant has gotten back to me yet.
I've made an online payment to an account which was listed on your "bank approved companies", it turns out that is the wrong account number and now my payment does not show on their records.

What am I supposed to do now? Will the bank give me my money back, seeing that their account details was incorrect and outdated?
