Standard Bank and phishing scams

 Hi I have recently been a victim of bank fraud, I don't use standard bank but in my case I deposited money to a standard bank account holder in which I realized it was a scam went to the bank but they say they can't help me or reverse the money, reported to fccu.transactionalfraud.co.za still not reply, what are the legal steps to be taken against the bank as they can't share personal info.
