So i have a problem. I have an account with Standard Bank and I would like to register for online banking. I am currently studying in the Philippines so having an online account will be the best way to keep track of my balance. However when i try to register for online banking my email address is always rejected. And then a message pops up that I should go to the nearest branch to change my account information but obviously I can't do that because i'm in a different country.
i really hope there is a solution to this problem. Anyone able to help?
