You should automatically get an OTP number when you have registered your cellphone number at the branch.  Everytime you transact using IB or the app, an OTP number will always be requested and it should be automatically be sent to you as an sms. If you do not receive an OTP numer, please contact our help desk for assistance on 0860 123 000.
