I am having the same issue booking a biometric appointment for myself, husband and two kids, in cape town, canalwalk. How do I do this. Is anyone able to help me please. This is an urgent matter.

I am having trouble booking an appointment online to capture biometrics for my ID card and Passport at the Centurion Branch.
I have paid in full via the EHome Affair site, and authorised the payment online. All that is left to do is make the appointment to capture my fingerprints and take photographs, but it shows no available dates in May. It will not allow me to select an alternative date in June.
Please help, highly frustrated.
