Upgrading to Private banking

Hi,  I have been trying to get someone to contact me with regards to upgrading my account from Prestige to Private Banking.  

 

Each time I provide my details and am told someone will contact me, however I receive no calls or correspondence.  I have also e-mailed the private banking account with nothing but an automated response.

 

I am unable to apply online as I already have a current account.

 

Please can someone assist?

Could I kindly advise that you forward your request, as well as your account details and ID number, with the subbject line "upgrading from Prestige to Private banking" to [email protected] so that our relevant consultants can assist you as soon as possible with the upgrade.
