I am having trouble buying MTN data through the standard bank app, it often happens to me. I have tried to purchase different packages but non of the work, I keep getting the error message “purchase unsuccessful”. Please can you assist me.

The same happens to me.

I am able to pick a service provider, an amount and input my number.

I accept the transaction and it is accepted but the money isn't taken off my account and it doesn't go through to my service provider.
