Standard Bank’s Instant Messaging Service: FAQs

I have such a bad experience. The people at std bank gave me wrong info and basically bullied me to visit a branch who could also not properly assist me obtaing an access bond. They dont answer me. I dont know what is happening. I dont get any response at all. Do you send your personnel for training because all i experienced was complete pure incompetence? Are you serios about helping customers. Then get you act together. This is the worst customer experience i have ever came across. WARNING: DONT EVER BANK OR APPLY FOR ANYTHING AT STANDARD BANK!
