To change the nickname that you want to give to an account, simply tap on the account tile; and then press on the “i” icon at the top of the screen. Under the ‘Account nickname’ section, press the pencil icon to edit the name of the account.
This new name will now be replicated across both smartphone and app banking channels. All of your beneficiaries and other account details remain the same.
