My cheque account balance does not match up with the balance I receive on SMS notifications. They are out by R2600+. There was recent fraud on the account from the USA to the tune of R2700 but this was returned to me by Fraud division. That was over 3 weeks ago. But the balances don't match anymore. Why is that?

It's becoming a little difficult to figure out my available balances or when I'm going to get to a limit I'm not expecting.
