The best way to request statement is via your Internet Banking and this can be added as the additional feature to your banking. Please note that this feature is not currently available on your app, you can however view your transactional history as far as 60 days on your landing page.
The landing page is the view of your account balance after logging into your app. You can only have an overview not a statement request on your app. Please note you will be able to view your statement on your Internet Banking and share on your personal mail.
