Cellphone banking

My husband's phone is broken. He use my old phone. He can't log in because my info is still on. Please help he want to log into his account

Hello @delinthalgryn,

 

The best way to resolve this will be to unlink your number from the app.

 

Please follow the below steps:

  • Login to your app
  • Go to the menu tab
  • Select settings
  • Then select the phone to unlink and proceed.
