For the last month I have been unable to use the mobile app - I continually get a red message saying "We are experiencing problems in processing your request, please try again later, if the problem persists please contact 0860238837"
I have reinstalled the app, cleared the data associated with the app all to no avail.
The hilarious thing is that the 0860238837 ISNT EVEN THE RIGHT NUMBER TO CALL! I get told I need to phone another number. None of the call center operators know what to do besides telling me to 'turn my phone on and off again' SERIOUSLY!!
I am on Android 6.0.1 - Samsung S5
Could someone who actually knows how to solve this issue please advise urgently
