Hello Andi,

The best way to resolve this is if you already registered on the IB(Internet Banking) and have existing EAP limit active, you should be able to amend the limit on the new internet banking without any issues. :) Let me know should you need any further assistance.

Regards,

I am frustrated by the fact that I am expected to go into the branch to increase my limit which whilst I specifically opened this account to put my salary overseas, I am now in Saudi and already deposited my money in it which I need to manage online to sort my financial needs back home
