I have had the most frustrating day and am in half a mind to cnacel my stnadrad bank account for good.
All I want to do is use eHomeAffairs to renew my passport. I followed the guide provided to a T, but the bill for the department of home affairs will not show up under MyBills, I have called the call service 4 times! Each person walks me through the process again only to discover I have done everything right and they can not figure what out what the problem is, I have been waiting for a call back from IT for 4 hours now. NO ONE CAN HELP ME! Why is it that my friend can do this in 10 minutes through ABSA, why can I not expect the same from Standard Bank.
I need this passport ASAP!! And the only think Standard Bank has excelled in has been to absolutely waste my valuable time!
