Good Day,
I bought R250 electricity off the app last night and have not received the voucher SMS. After googling the issue I saw that the recommendation was to e-mail: [email protected] which I have, but have not recieved a reply.
I also saw a recommended number to call namely: 0860 446 639, however that number does not exist apparently.
Please can I get some assistance on this as soon as possible.
