You were indeed encountering the same issue as brk227. This issue has now been resolved. Please try link your card again and let us know if you run into any further issues.

We found the issue that was preventing you from linking your card to your Digital ID. This has now been fixed on the server side. Please try use the app again on your iPhone and let us know if you run into any further issues with the app.

I am also getting the same error. I also shifted from S6 to iPhone 7, and I am still using the same details.

Hello i've used the standard bank app on my s6 edge and it worked great recently shifted to an iphone 7 and the app installs and everything but when ever i put in my details it says technical error or error retriving data or internal error please help me out need to get back to my banking app asap
