Home Loan Account

Do I first need to link my home loan with my card before I can link it with the app or can I just link it directly to the app?

Your Home Loan must first be linked to your card before you will be able to view it on the App.

The accounts need to be linked at your nearest branch.

Hi

 

I went to my branch for them to link my Home Loan account to my internet banking profile in the hopes that I will be able to see it on the app.  The branch said that my Home Loan account had to be older than a year before they could do that.

 

Could I get some clarification on this please.  Is that true?

I went to the Kromboom branch here in Kenilworth, Cape Town.  The best the assistant could do was add my account as a beneficiary which wasn't really helpful.

 

I will contact the Self Service banking helpdesk to see if they can assist.

Hi, you guys direct debuted my account on the 3rd of this month! The transaction didn't go through! It's meant to go off on the last day of the month! I keep receiving messages asking to make payment ASAP, I do not have credit to call you! I will only be able to make the payment next week!!
