Especially when you have gone to the trouble of visiting a branch before leaving the country on business and changing OTP parameters only to discover said instructions failed to be implemented. A very poor showing by Standard Bank. You make it difficult to contact you when offshore, is this intentional. I need a swift resolve to my unnecessary set back. Look forward to a quick response.
