I have sent a voucher to someone, and they say they have not received the sms with the voucher number. And the app does not allow me to resend the voucher. The only options availlable are to change the pin(which is useless in this case), or delete the voucher(which might result in me not being reimbursed). What other options are there. The person does not appear in my beneficiaries.
