The best way to reslove this is to revert back to the sender to delete and resend the voucher again. We not experiencing any technical issues regarding this service at the moment.
is there another way to get the voucher number?
When I cancel and try to create a new one, it says it I have used up my daily limit. the amount is the same as my daily limit. I have done this 3 times now, and everytime I get charged for it!
