Can I kindly ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID ( email address linked to your mobile app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "unable to transact between accounts" so that we can look into this matter and assist you further.

Hi All

 

I have solved the problem that I was experiencing. Went into a branch and linked the two cards and the app automatically updated allowing me to tranfer between accounts. I just needed to link the Current acc to my credit card at a branch and everything was in working order thereafter.

I think the app is useless. I also have the same problem, and it is really frustrating cause I want to pay my credit card and it's suppose to be convenient. Please escalate this systematic issue and fix it.

There is no option to transfer on the transact page (only buy, withdraw and pay). The two dashboards are created but somehow arent linked. Can i send a screenshot of my problem to somewhere? can only attach URLs here.

Hi,

 

Please try swiping from right to left to open the ‘Transact’ tray. Then, simply select 'Transfer’, and choose the account to send from, and the account to send to.

Yes, this is done.

I have 2 dashborads active. 1 is my Elite Plus cheque account and the other is the credit card.

Now when i swipe right to left to transfer money from my cheque acc. to the credit card, i only have the options of Pay, Buy and Withdraw. The option of tansfer does not appear as one of the option.

Hi,

 

If you have created more than one dashboard, then you can easily toggle between the two dashboards by following these steps:

 

  • Swipe the screen from left to right (or select the menu icon on the top left)
  • Select 'Add new'
  • Choose the bank accounts and products you would like to link.

I am also having the same problem. Once the different dashboards are created, there is no option to transfer from cheque account to credit account. Basically there is no option to transfer between accounts.

I have put up my cheque and credit card on the app but no where it gives me options to transfer between my accounts. I have struggled all day with friends trying to help but can't find it.
