Latest balance vs available balance

Please follow the link for more information regarding latest balance versus available balance.  

You will also notice that transfers don't reflect immediately after making transfer to other banks as there is a waiting period of 24 to 72 hours and 24 hours from standard bank to other standard bank account.

Hi I received money and I see the new balance on latest balance but I can not make a payment or anything as my available credit is still showing a less balance.when will the money be available
