My mobile app no longer opens up to my bank accounts that I hold. Instead I get a blank screen with the only option to "add" a bank account. And when I try to add my bank account using my cheque card it tells me I already have an account. But I don't know how to access the account anymore. It was so simple before. Why did you change it. How do I access it now and make payments?
