Mobile Banking App wont open

We have seen a crash report come through for an issue that would cause the app to crash on startup on a small number of devices. We're not 100% sure why this issue occurs only on these few devices and no others. We need to investigate further to determine the exact root cause. Unfortunately at this point I don't have a solution for you but we are still working on this.

Ok. We need to try and get the crash logs from your device. Please enable the automatic upload of the crash reports by doing to following:
Go to Settings > Privacy > `Diagnostics & Usage (Note: This the iOS operating system settings and not the app settings )
Check that the "Automatically Send" option is selected and that the "Share With App Developers" option is enabled.

Please try open the Standard Bank app again after doing this. The app should still crash but the crash report should then be automatically uploaded to our vendor profile on the App Store. Once we have this we should be able to identify the root cause of the error you are experiencing.

I cant see any requests from your user ID on our side so I strongly suspect that the app is crashing before the first service call is even made. This usually points to a corrupted application archive. Please delete the Standard Bank application from your phone and reinstall it from the Apple App store. Please let me know if the problem persists after doing this.

I recently joined the bank and at the bank i was told about the mobile banking app. I was sold and i downloaded the app ( i have a brand new iphone 6s running the latest iOS), however , when i try and open the app the screen goes black and then the app crashes.

If someone could please help with this problem that would be great.
