Hi Boitumelo,

I’ve done what you advised, deleted and reloaded the dashboard. It worked immediately but as soon as I logged back into the app my balances were gone again.
My cards are appear under manage cards and no where else.

Please advise.

Swipe from left to right to open the navigational drawer (or click on the settings icon on the top left corner of the screen).

 

  • Simply go to settings.
  • then select the new dashboard.
  • Select the add  new profile. 
  • Select South Africa
  • Select Bank Accounts
  • Enter card details and your ATM pin then press next on your top right corner.

Note if this card was added before on the same app, you will have to delete the previous dashboard to add this one.

Hi,
i recently downloaded the mobile banking app, but now i am facing a problem in adding my bank account to e dashboard.
when i enter the card number and the pin, its just nt proceeding to e next step.
I have been using internet banking all along. is it the cause?
