Mobile app banking

Hello

 

I have been trying to increase my EAP limit via the app and for the past week it has been saying "sorry this service is unavailable" .Is there something seriously wrong with the app. Going to the branch to update is seriously inconvenience for us that is why we opted for the app. I tried uninstalling and starting over but no change.

I was happy thus far with the app until hitting this snag :/ and it is really disappointing, to say the least.  Also, the number listed for further queries does not exist anymore!!!!!

Please help somebody - anybody
