Mobile app for iphone frozen

WHY is it Frozen

I can't use the mobile app anymore. It freezes on the homepage. I've deleted app then re-downloaded - same problem. I never used to have U-Count rewards on the app, now I do - could that be the problem?
Can anyone help?
