Is any one else's app suddenly limited in services? All I can do is money vouchers. I used to be able to transfer funds buy airtime etc but those options don't even load now. I have
un installed and re installed the app and still same problem

Hi,

Do you have the correct card linked to your profile? If yes, please let me know.  The transact options are driven by the type of accounts that are linked to the dashboard.

Hi there

Yes I only have one card and nothing has changed in the last year. It was working perfectly on Friday. Since then I cannot see my balance unless I go into the statement of account section. I cannot buy airtime etc it's only to send vouchers that's an option
