Hi Jane, 

 

Do you have more than 1 dashboard/card linked to your app. Beneficiaries are loaded against a particular card or dashboard maybe you only have beneficiaries on the one?

Are you still having the problem?

I managed to fix this by deleting my phone from the allowed devices list and then logging in again

I see you posted this on Saturday and it still hasn't been fixed. Mines is giving me the same issue. Seriously considering I need to change banks.
