I transfered money from my main account to my pure save account using the mobile app, normally it reflects immediately but now its been more than 24hrs still not appearing. When I check my main acc statement it shows that it was transfered but it seems to be lost in space. Call center they put me on hold for more than 30mins. How do I go about getting my money back now as I really need to use it. I understand the whole technical problem thingy but I should have my money back by now. Kindly assist.
