Please call our help desk on 0860 123 000. They will be able to retrieve the original transaction and match it to the voucher and provide you with the relevant information.

I bought R50.00 airtime using the app and it confirmed purchase showing the voucher number below. I then closed the app anticipating that I'll receive an SMS with the voucher number but this did not happen. I made another purchase of R10 to see if I'd get an SMS and I did. I checked my statement and confirmed that the R50 purchase happen. How can I obtain this pin?
