We had customer's complaining about the same matter on Saturday which technical issue was not from our site. This was due to network service provider as the other customers from different service provider's could transact on the app. We do have system maintenance plan in place where we pro-actively communicate with our customer's should we experience any technical issues.

Ever since downloading the standard bank app i have experienced difficulties with logging in and performing transactions in early morning hours with the message technical error popping up. I have read several other reviews and see that i am not the only one who experiences this. How can this be remedied?
