Hello @stavs13,

 

Please be advised that you can only view transactions on your Mobile Banking App, as well as the new Internet Banking portal for a period of or dating back 180 days (6 months). Kindly note that you may visit your nearest branch for further assistance with regards to getting proof of payment for a period beyond the a fore mentioned 6 months.

I need proof of payment from March 2016 but the app does not go back this far! Please help!
